Nigeria's first Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), has achieved a significant milestone by completing full interconnectivity with all major Mobile Network Operators ( MNOs) in the country, including MTN Nigeria, Airtel Nigeria, Globacom (Glo), and 9mobile Nigeria. This allows Vitel Wireless subscribers to seamlessly make and receive calls with users on these networks.
VITEL wireless received the dedicated number series 0712 from the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC). The company began it's nationwide pilot phase in May 2025 and plans to roll out fully in July 2021, offering voice, SMS, and data services across Nigeria's 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
