MTN Nigeria has intensified it's commitment to financial inclusion by engaging underserved communities across the country through it's 18th edition of the Y'ello Care initiative. The program focuses on empowering individuals with digital literacy skills, particularly in Cyber security, to safety access and benefit from digital financial services.
The training hosted by the MTN Nigeria's Finance Department is aimed at equipping attendees with practical tools to protect themselves from common cyber threats, foster economic growth by expanding access to technology and mobile financial services. It underscores MTN's commitment to connecting people and empowering them to navigate the digital world safely and confidently.
MTN Nigeria has committed ₦3 billion to support the program that focuses on areas like Artificial Intelligence, Cyber security, Data Analytics, and Software Development, with over 90,000 Nigerians trained across two cohorts. They also collaborates with organizations like Pan-African United Foundation, and Lagos Business School to implement the program and promote digital inclusion.
